We provide a 30-day return policy for your first purchase, giving you the freedom to try Harmonia with peace of mind. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This policy is applicable only to your first order.
To qualify for a return, some portion of the items in your order must remain in their original condition—unopened and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Additionally, the return request must be for your initial order with Harmonia.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
A full refund on unopened items, minus a $10 fee to cover part of the return shipping cost, will be issued upon successful processing of your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

We offer free exchanges with no handling fees. However, if exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to cover the price difference.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that bank or credit card processing times may cause slight delays.
